1. Use of the App

The App allows you to schedule classes, track your progress, communicate with coaches, and manage your membership. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. Misuse may result in termination of access.

2. Membership & Billing

All membership fees and in-app purchases are billed monthly or per the pricing plan selected during sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting us directly. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or late cancellations unless approved in writing.

3. Booking & Attendance

Class spots are first-come, first-served. You must book through the app to reserve your place.Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

4. Health & Liability Waiver

By using this App and participating in any Grand Fitness Center program, you acknowledge:

You are physically capable of participating in the workouts provided. You assume all risks of injury from activities performed through or as a result of the App.Grand Fitness Center, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect and store your data securely to improve your experience.Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent. By using the App, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Media Release

Unless stated otherwise in writing, you grant Grand Fitness Center permission to use any photos or videos taken during workouts or events for promotional purposes.

7. Modifications

Grand Fitness Center reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes agreement to any new terms.
