I’ve been going to Grand Fitness (next to the skatepark) for a month and I REALLY want this business to stick around. It was intimating from the outside at first so I’m going to give you the full scoop if you’re curious.

It’s mostly one guy, a former college football player, and when you come in he has a premade workout for you and is great at tailoring it to your skill level. It’s about 4-5 things you’ll do in a row (circuit) and then you just do as many times as you can. First time I did it once, now I’m up to 4.

I love it because I don’t have to plan a workout, it’s a good community feel, and he’s knowledgeable and chill and encouraging. If you’re curious message me- I want to keep them in business and would be happy to go to a class with you if you want a buddy AND first class is FREE!

Of course! We love meeting new people and encourage you to bring a friend for a trial class.

Absolutely! We create customized programs based on your personal goals, whether that’s losing weight, gaining muscle, or improving overall fitness.

How long are your training sessions?

Most training sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the program.
